Even though I am waiting for signing contract. Ms Klauser has been the most professional person I have contacted in Immo Scout. She promised to wait for me and she did it for our appointment. She responded all my inquiries in a quick manner. She is the only one of all other people that treated clients very well. I have been in other houses viewings that are impersonal, treated like a commodity and my hour appointment not respected. I have to travel far to look at flats. Ms Klauser has kept all what she has offered to me. I appreciate her kindness and professional way of working not even with me but with others clients as I saw her while looking at my apartment. I truly recommend her as a realtor.
